By creating an account, depositing funds or using any service on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to every visitor, registered user and investor.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate registration details, to keep your login credentials confidential and to complete any identity verification we request before funding an account. Accounts are personal: you may not open an account on behalf of another person or entity without our written consent.
Deposits are made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT) and, where offered, by card or bank transfer. A deposit is credited to your dashboard balance once the transaction is confirmed on-chain or settled by our payment provider. You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network; assets sent to an address or network we do not support may be unrecoverable.
Each investment package states its minimum amount, the return rate applied, the interval at which the return accrues and the term of the plan. When you fund a plan, those terms are fixed for that investment. Returns are credited to your dashboard balance on the stated schedule until the plan term completes. Displayed rates are the terms of the plan and are not a promise of profit; all investment carries risk.
You may request a withdrawal at any time from your dashboard. Requests are processed after approval and are sent only to the wallet address or payment details you have confirmed on your account. Withdrawal destinations cannot be changed retrospectively, so please verify them carefully. Processing times depend on the payment network and any verification requirements that apply to your account.
Applicable fees, minimums and network costs are shown in your dashboard and on the relevant product page before you confirm a transaction. Blockchain network fees are set by the network and are outside our control.
Bitcoin is not backed or value guaranteed by any financial institution; when purchasing bitcoins the customer assumes all risk the bitcoins may become worthless in value. Customers should research and consider the risks before purchasing any bitcoins. The company makes absolutely no guarantee about the future value of the bitcoins purchased.
You agree not to use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation or any other unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform. We may suspend or close any account, and report activity to the relevant authorities, where we reasonably suspect such conduct.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses arising from market movements, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we are unable to verify your identity. You may close your account at any time once all outstanding positions and balances have been settled.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of information entered and saved on the website. Account details displayed on the order summary webpage will be the final transfer destination. In the case that this information is incorrect, and funds are transferred to an unintended destination, the company shall not reimburse the customer and shall not transfer additional funds. As such customers must ensure the Bitcoin address and bank information they enter is completely correct.
In the event any court shall declare any section or sections of this Agreement invalid or void, such declaration shall not invalidate the entire Agreement and all other paragraphs of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
The terms and provisions of this Agreement are binding upon Your heirs, successors, assigns, and other representatives. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be considered to be an original, but both of which constitute the same Agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its revision date, is the version that applies. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
