ChainPeak operates this website and the investment platform it describes. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the site or use an account, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the dashboard you use after registering.
We collect information you give us directly — your name, email address, country, password (stored only in hashed form), and any identity documents or proof-of-address information requested during verification. We also collect information created as you use the platform: deposits, plan allocations, ROI credits, withdrawals, connected wallet addresses, trade history and support conversations.
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. When you deposit or withdraw, the wallet address and transaction details involved are visible on the relevant public ledger and cannot be deleted by us or by anyone else. We use this data to credit deposits, process payouts and meet our record-keeping obligations.
We use your data to create and secure your account, verify your identity, credit deposits, apply plan returns, process withdrawals, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, meet legal and regulatory duties, and improve the platform. We may email you about your account, transactions and material changes to our terms; marketing emails are only sent where you have agreed to receive them.
Cookies and similar storage are used to keep you signed in, remember your session and preferences, and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the dashboard will not work without them.

We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment and blockchain data providers, identity verification), with professional advisers, or where we are required to do so by law or a competent authority. Providers only receive the data they need and act under contract.
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by applicable financial, tax and anti-money-laundering rules. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and demonstrate compliance.
We have implemented security measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. Passwords are hashed, access to production data is restricted, and connections to the site are encrypted. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will never gain access to your information, and you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion where we are not required to keep it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to ask for a portable copy. This platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has opened an account, contact us and we will close it.
